- Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Returns/Refunds:
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately
- We'll replace the item at no cost to you
- Please include photos of the damage with your request
